Begin Again

Grace Walk

Hue man by hue man

Some rooms name weather with long names. We don't need those names to walk. Feelings have a climate. Loops have a worn path. The child who still lives in the house already knows how to step off it.

Become small again. Not as a performance of innocence. As a way of being new. Play interrupts a circle the grown mind cannot argue with. One tiny move, done once, is how a brain grows a second path.

Not everything is yours to do. The belly knows a yes from a wait. A sacral yes is a warmth, a lean, a little more life. Honor it once. The rest can stay in the old story.

Yoga, sound, plants, hands, prayer, walking, twelve stages of the body — a spectrum older than the clinic. They sit beside care; they do not replace a human who is trained to sit with big weather. If the night has no horizon, 988 is a number that answers.

This is a Grace Walk. We don't fix. We walk. Then we rest. Then we begin again.
