The first and last medicine
Breathwork

The breath is a path the feet don't have to invent. In, out, a little longer, a little kinder. The sky inside learns it has edges.
A first walk
- 1
Sit or lie down. One hand on the belly.
- 2
Breathe in through the nose. Let the belly rise like a small tide.
- 3
Let the out-breath be a little longer. Four of these. Then rest.
- 4
If a wave comes, keep the breath ordinary. Ordinary is the medicine.
